Why lemon juice during the cleanse?

When people ask if they can substitute lemon juice during the cleanse, there are a couple reasons why. The most common is that fresh lemons are hard to find in many parts of the world, especially those in central and south america where limes rule the day (called...

Why cayenne pepper during the cleanse?

The cayenne pepper is frankly just as important to the lemon cleanse as the fresh lemon juice is; which makes the choice to substitute cayenne pepper (or how it’s taken) a dubious decision -- and one that must consider fully why cayenne pepper is indeed so important....

Why maple syrup during the cleanse?

The Maple Syrup ingredient in the cleanse solution is the most substituted ingredient; largely because maple syrup can be hard to come by, but more so because people have a misconception about: sugar, types of sugar, the quality of sugar in maple syrup, the...

What brand of maple syrup should I get?

As long as the Maple Syrup is 100% Pure Dark Amber... the brand doesn't really matter :-) So, the most inexpensive one would be the way to go here (as long as it has the aforementioned qualities). But at all costs, do NOT get Table/Pancake syrup!!! It lacks all the...

Can I use something other than the enemas?

For the purposes of our cleanse, we recommend the enema due to it's ability to directly target the colon without affecting any of the other digestive organs (mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestines, etc.)... the lemon cleanse solution is all we need to cater to...

Will I remain on medication/supplements when the program starts?

Depending on your medical history or state of health, you will be given a specific phase-out plan by the program’s facilitator (which will let you know whether or not to remain on the medication/supplements). So until you have heard from a senior staff member, please...

Schedule Integration, Phase-out Programs, and Exercise Routines.

In most cases, all potential schedule adjustments, supplement, medication, and treatment “phase-out” programs do not commence until around Day 10. So please continue with your normal regimens until further instruction is given.

However, you can make plans to start exercising on Sunday (Day 1). A brisk walk for at least 20 minutes a day is all you need. Do the best you can, and watch God work! :-D

If your medications must be taken with food, you can use up to half a cup of millet (cooked according to the package directions). Please do not add any other food or condiment to this grain, including (but not limited to) salt and/or butter. Click here to see this pseudo-grain so you know what it looks like when you go to find it in your local grocer’s grain or organic aisle.

Grow in grace as you continue on this 40 Days Back to Eden journey with the Lord at your side. Be of good courage! God has some amazing things in store for you :-D

In faithful service,
Your Back to Eden Family :-)
