Chapter 18 – Diet

General Statements

  1. At the end of the week, review each day of your recorded schedule to identify any areas where there may be room for improvement :-)
  2. Log your meals (“as is”) from Sunday to Sabbath (Saturday):
    a) What you eat,
    b) How much of each thing you eat, and
    c) What time to what time you eat it.
